The Blissful Sisters, previously of restaurant and music venue Trilogy have been in the creative process of Shine for the past few years. So much in their individual life experiences and the amazing people they have connected with over the years have been a huge inspiration for the concept. They feel that NOW IS THE TIME where we need a sense of community — to eat, heal and live well — it is so important to our well-being. Shine is a gift for all of us.

Esoteric Food Company

Mara and Willow have been friends for a long time and have enjoyed doing many things together over the years: mountain herb gathering, all night dancing, and the varied fillings between those two slices of bread.  Later, child rearing, editing each others half-written stories, and organizing large parties that involved performance, sushi and high stakes origami.  Now? Ferments! We began making these cultured veggies on a cold winter afternoon and just kept coming back to the simple, flavorful delight of these foods. So here we are: a team making life-giving foods that carry old world traditions into the modern sphere. They are made by hand, with healing intentions and a bit of poetry added for good measure.

We are a Boulder-based bakery specializing in raw, organic, gluten free and dairy free desserts.
At Zaza Raw we combine whole fruits, vegetables, nuts, and natural sweeteners to create decadent desserts that leave you feeling light, energized and satisfied.
Natural foods have the highest nutritional value when they are uncooked and unprocessed. Since gluten and dairy are inherently absent from vegan raw goods we focus on designing a flavorful experience to match the nutritional benefits of the desserts.
