I teach Kundalini Yoga as a technology, which when properly engaged, will deliver the student to experience his or her birthright: to be happy, to be healthy, and to be holy! I love Kundalini Yoga because it is enhanced by group alignment. When we practice together, we arrive together...

I was led to yoga in my junior year of high school. In those first weeks of experimentation, a favorite school teacher commented that I was looking "absolutely radiant." In those days, my family was
breaking apart, and I was depressed and quiet at school. Being noticed as "radiant" was the ultimate inspiration... and so, I embarked on a mission. Although my path has meandered for years throughout different styles of yoga, that initial experience of radiant transformation was a product of Kundalini Yoga. The book guided my teenage yoga practice was "Kundalini Yoga" by Shakta Kaur Khalsa.
I didn't know it then, but grace had literally handed me my path, in the middle of a Barnes & Noble bookstore...
There is deep gratitude in my heart for the city of Baltimore. There, I fell in love with a community of awakened human family... I met a teacher who led me deeper on the path of Hatha yoga... I witnessed
deep healing in myself and others during an intensive breathwork course... I awakened a gift for healing through Reflexology... I was reunited with Kundalini yoga... and in my spare time, I earned a BA in Peace Studies!
My "mission" is the same as many healers & teachers: To be of service to the awakening of humanity.

Selfless self-expression, in the spirit of ONE human family... The rain that makes this garden flower!
We ARE the ones we've been waiting for. See you @ class!
